Step 1: Configure Your Business

Welcome to your KangarooTime onboarding journey! This first step will help you set up your business profile, which will serve as a core pillar of your Kangrootime account.

By the end of this step, you'll have:
- ✅ Complete business profile with legal name, address, and contact information
📋 Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- ✅ KangarooTime admin access
- ✅ Business registration documents (legal name, address)
- ✅ Business contact information (phone, email)
🚀 Let's Get Started
1. Access Your Business Settings
- Log into your KangarooTime account (If you are unsure of your password, please click Forgot Password)
- Navigate to Configuration → Business Profile in the purple navigation bar
- Click "Business Profile" option
2. Complete Your Business Information
Fill in the following required fields:
Business Details
- Legal Business Name: Your official registered business name
- Business Address: Complete street address including city, state, ZIP
Contact Information
- Primary Phone: Main business phone number
- Primary Email: Business email address
- Website: Your business website (optional)
- Time Zone: Please ensure this is set properly for your primary business address. If you have schools in other time zones, don't worry, we can set those separately.
- Primary Contact: Set the primary contact for your business
3. Upload Business Logo (Optional)
- Click "Upload Photo" option that is located next to your business name
- Select your business logo (PNG, JPG, or SVG format)
- Adjust size to ensure it displays properly on registration forms
